Wow, what a learning experience AgileZen 2.0 Beta has been. We learned a lot about real-time communication, an easy to manage backlog, and building an iPad application. We also had the opportunity to get in-the-moment feedback from our users, many of them outside of Development and IT and instead in Marketing, Recruiting, Sales and the like. We appreciate all of the emails, tweets, feedback, and forum entries letting us know how we can improve your project management experience. More than that, we want to say thank you for being such great customers and helping us build, iterate, and learn with you.
Here comes the tough part… We’ve decided to fully support the Original AgileZen, and stop development on AgileZen 2.0 Beta. We will be refocusing, taking some of the awesome things we’ve learned and bringing them into the Original AgileZen. And, since our teams reform every now and then at Rally, some of us will rotate in and out of other product teams.
What does this mean for you? We’re here to help you extract your data and get it back into the Original AgileZen. You’ll need to do this within the next 90 days because at that time you won’t be able to log into Beta any longer, and all data will be removed from it. You won’t be able to log into AgileZen Beta after 1/14/2014 so contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you get your projects ported over. You can also use the public API to do it yourself.
